The ilovani factory is located 1km away from the showroom. You are invited to take a tour of this space where inspiration is mustered to conceive free form pieces and where all of our beautiful furniture is made.

Logs are processed individually and the planks are stored together in their original log form, ensuring perfectly matched pieces in most items made. The logs are air-seasoned for up to two years, following which they are kiln dried to below 10 percent moisture content.

After conception, construction begins and once completed, successively finer grades of sanding finishes are used resulting in a smooth surface that shows off to perfection, the unique hues and grain of the wood.

Essentially evolving naturally – the pieces are never the same, making them utterly unique.
